Comprehensive concrete testing capabilities at our integrated laboratory
RSK has the first fully accredited, integrated geoenvironmental and geomaterials laboratory in Iraq. The laboratory, in Iraq Energy City near Basra, gained accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025 in 2015 and provides geotechnical, chemical and materials testing services for a range of projects.
On the geomaterials side, we have a broad range of capabilities and long-established expertise in the investigation of concrete structures and concrete testing. We can carry out compliance testing and investigative surveys, and provide advice on the causes and liabilities of deterioration. We also recommend and implement rehabilitation and repair strategies for buildings and structures.
With over three decades of experience in investigation, evaluation and testing in this field, we bring a new level of expertise to Iraq that we will transfer to our local Iraqi staff of engineers, scientists and laboratory technicians.
